I'm not an agency owner or a provider, but good business practice suggests that ladies should be allowed to set their pace. If she wants to fuck 10 guys in a day, by all means she should be let to do that. If she only wants to see 3-4 gentlemen, then that should be allowed.
The compensation scheme that the agencies should develop is one where the girls are paid a bonus for producing revenue beyond their unit marginal cost. For instance the regular commission rate at less than marginal cost could be 10%. Above that it could double so that the benefit of producing above marginal cost would make it's pursuit worthwhile. It would also paythe girls more than they would be likely to make going indy. Having worked in sales, without much success, those that don't produce get put on the shelf and eventually leave.
The persistent belief that Classy is running an assembly line or the persistent belief that the other local agencies are any different. I have no idea why any gal left any particular agency. But if over-scheduling is a problem and only one agency is the offender, you would think that gals who've left that agency would show up at the other "better" agencies. How many times has that happened? The fact that the great majority of the women who have left these agencies (and the websites of each have a lot more former gals than current gals) are never heard from again suggests that these ladies are done with the business for reasons that have nothing to do with any particular agency.

Maybe it has something to do with the back to back to back to back to back to back to back to back bookings and a load of other BS they treat their girls and customers with. There are too many problems about this agency to list here but when a girl complains that she didn't have enough time to shower... Well, that speaks volumes.
