cabs ib DC can add a $ 15 emergency surcharge to all fares, so if you were thinking about taking a $ 10 cab ride to see a provider, it will now be $ 25!  And Metro isn't running trains or buses!

but with conditions this bad, I cannot even comprehend that some might consider going out of the house for sex...

I am just glad to have power so I can browse the Internet and watch TV.

I hate cabs here in dc.  Its all quite corrupt you know.

Frankly i like to drive.  I miss my motorcycle. I would bike thru dc but because of those crazy cabbies i will stick to the trails.
