Great reply! But as I suspected. However, my main point was there are some adds with valid photos where the ladies are asking fees more in line with ladies with supporting reviews, yet these ladies will have no reviews. I myself rarely see a provider without a review. If I do, she will be with an agency.

Let me come at it a different way.  Your question per-supposes they share your value system and obviously they don't.
You measured by what is important to you, the problem is it's NOT important to them. For a narcissist it's all about "them" and fuck you literally and figuratively.  For you to expect reasonable and ethical behavior is well almost irrational on your part since there is no acceptable justification by the rules of your value system.

Last week's Washington Business Review had an article pointing out DC area hotel costs are actually down one dollar (seriously) between the period 2007 & 2012. Their estimate is rates will be soft this year as well due to more moderate convention business bookings and simply more rooms.

Now about air travel rates. Ive never seen the low rates available now if you can plan ahead. e.g. recent round trip offering from BWI to Vegas(including extra $12 for seat selection) $191.40..Seriously

So, Marlow Im thinking Caveat Emptor is the appropriate mindset here. Im an avowed capitolist but seriously the rates here are laughable in some cases.

But a lot of "high priced" entertainers probably avoid the whole review routine because by and large it exposes them to lames who whine incessantly about the rates of "high priced" entertainers.  Look at the discussion boards.  There are a ton of penny pinchers around here who do a painstaking dollar-to-blowjob, dollar-to-penetration, dollar-to-orgasm valuation before they decide to see a provider, and I'm sure a higher end girl would assume avoid that shit.  Shit, I hate reading about it.  

It's kinda like Joe Blow running the waitress ragged at Applebee's because he just HAS to have a gallon's worth of soda refills and a metric ton of extra cheese and condiments to sate his philistine hillbilly palate.  He's going to do everything he can to get more than his $13.47 worth.  I imagine lots of TER users are like that.
