I've developed regular relationships with a couple of ladies.  Sometimes we meet at their place and sometimes at a local hotel.  Both options have their drawbacks and hassles.

I would like to have a furnished condo I can use to entertain.  Unfortunately, I'm too cheap to buy/lease my own and really don't want the exposure of signing a lease/purchase agreement.

I was wondering about the feasibility of a few guys going in together to lease a nice furnished condo to share for their own entertainment purposes.  Does anyone have any experience/anecdotes/wisdom to share on this topic?
