We agreed to the time and I drove 55 minutes to her apartment. But when I got there she never replied to phone calls, emails or text.

Its always a mature thing to try and sort out the issue with the agency or the provider in private first than come here and broadcast it to the whole world..

The collection of asian ladies in this "agency" seem to have a number of excellent reviews and a number of significantly unhappy posters.  Lots of baggage & rumors, both pro and con.  I have no 1st hand knowledge.

My impression is that this is a high volume operation and as such it is not unusual for the wheels to come off from time to time.

I have not yet gone to see Anna, but I have had professional communications and have been approved there.  I am guessing if you kindly contact them and elaborate upon the situation they will make sure the story has a happy ending.

I got in touch with them through emails and texts. No problem with either methods and they replied reasonably fast. They are especially good with texts. They are very strict with timeleeping and I always get told to not come early and never be late. I've always arrived 5-10 min early and just wait for them to get ready.

Review to follow...I was impressed with the dialog I had. The agency was clear on instructions and actually texted me 30 miinutes before my appointment as a reminder. I wish others were as professional.
Anna is a very sweet girl..I was surprized actually on how genuine she seemed..

I saw Anna once.  This outfit is very organized.  They are designed for high volume and lower cost.  Ladies are nice.

Whatever problem I had with the experience was not due to lack of organization, they provided many forms of contact and Anna herself has personal contact info e-mail and phone.
