Of course there are exceptions, but with a large sample size in a region, I do believe there is a correlation between quality and fee. Note I said quality, not service. Those who charge a higher fee tend to look prettier, not necessarily perform better or offer more menu items

There are some very odd observations there. One would think Tokyo would be more expensive since it's supposed to an expensive place to live for other items.  

No offence to those who live and work there but I never would have expected to see Cleveland on the list. Given the state of Detroit I would have thought it would be lower -- but maybe that's a sign of the skewed income distribution just being magnified there or something.

From an economic view, would be interesting to put the Q into the picture along with the P.
