Provider Question: Nothing is forever, when it's time to move on.
"Life is a series of natural and spontaneous changes. Don't resist them - that only creates sorrow.
Let reality be reality. Let things flow naturally forward in whatever way they like."
~Lao Tzu
I know that a fast paced career such as this has a shelf life. It actually gives me peace of mind and let's me enjoy my time more as an escort, knowing that it has to come to an end.

I actually came into this business with an exit plan. I actually own a business now, that is not really a profitable one, but I enjoy doing it. It's a business that allows me to do what I am very passionate about. Initially when I got into this profession I needed the extra income to help me with my business.
Now, I've decided to get into real estate. I would like to start off selling houses, but I would really like to start flipping houses. Giving myself a year or two and I plan to do my exit out of this business.
This girl does not plan to be around for long.

I'm with Jordan on this I started doing this with a plan I wanted to start my own business...which I did....but it takes money to make money....my business is doing OK but doesn't float on it's own yet...I've enjoyed every bit of this business, yes even the bad times, because I've learned so much from all of it! I've met amazing people, made wonderful friends and have had a great time so when I do say good bye I know it won't be happy for everyone but I know they'll be happy for me....I see my time ending in the next year or 2 so don't worry yet!
You have brought great joy to all who have been with you and you will be missed!!
I joined this world after the down turn of the economy. With that said, I came here to pay my bills. My short-term goal was to catch up with my credit card bills and pay off my car. After a year-Paid off my credit card bills and purchased a better car! With those goals off the list I started thinking of other things I could complete and exactly what I love to do. This lifestyle provides a rush and I must maintain up to the minute on the world! I like the excitement of meeting new people more than anything and I'm always learning something from someone. I want those qualities in my next adventure!!
Where else do I receive this warmth? The kitchen! I have spent a couple thousand purchasing professional pots, pans and bake ware. I am serious about the Food Network!! I have a library of cookbooks outside of my kitchen! I've looked at several cooking schools in and out of the country (yes, Paris has one of the largest!!!) I've received all types of information from several schools I'm interested in. I have an estimate on how much I will spend to attend culinary classes full time and not work! When I feel its time to bow out gracefully and I definitely will leave with grace, I will have enough to become a full time chef and maybe a show on The Food Network or possibly a youtube show. Wouldn't that be funny?? Imagine my following!
Before I even started, I developed a five year plan, and have done a pretty good job of sticking to it. First was saving a sizable amount, followed by starting businesses that would allow me to apply what I've learned and make a good bit of money without necessarily having to work at it on a daily basis. I have a couple of things in the works that will supplement this income, which will allow me to travel less. Then I will be able to start working on a different degree than the one I have now, which will lead to a career that will be lucrative enough to allow me to completely walk away from this industry. I'm pretty excited. This business has definitely been a blessing in more ways than one.
I am just returning after leaving rather unexpectedly for a 2 yr period. While I did not plan on leaving family matters dictated that I must. Now that I am able to return....I must say that I do enjoy the lifestyle and if I didn't then I would not be in this line of work.
I have no concrete plans for exiting when my time is up and I hope to be able to continue for as long as I am enjoying it. I had always entertained thoughts of being in this business since I was very young and I feel fortunate to have finally discovered the way when I was in my early 40's. (Better late than never.)
It seems that I am a minority though, as it appears that a majority of the providers are only in it for the money. Maybe I am wrong and I certainly am not criticizing anyone for their reason(s) for choosing this line of work. I just happen to enjoy it and hope that it lasts as long as possible. Now when the time does come for me then I suppose that I will cross that bridge when I get to it.
