I've used the service in the past but not in the recent past.  The last time I used them it was about 8 months ago.  Prior to that I had visited about twice and I was not overly impressed with their service offerings.

If you have a thing for the occassional PV then I would suggest Secret Temptations (ST).  Overall the service level is better.  From my experience, the ladies are more accomodating, not in a full service sense, but more in a sensual, more passionate session sense.  At Bluegems the room has a couch only which limits the interaction to basically getting a glorified lap dance.  I like engaging in FBSM activity and you cant do that on a leather couch.  

The room for ST is a normal bedroom setting which has a chair so if you prefer the lap dance type session you can do that, or, if you prefer the massage style session you have the option to that via the bed in the room.

I have not visited with any of the current roster of BlueGems ladies.  However, I would think that they all follow the company script which I found resulted in a robotic, uninspired session.
