As I often quote from the cult classic Purple Rain and the character of club owner Billy Sparks "........"this is a bidness........." And yes he said "bidness." Or it least it sure sounded like he did. LMAO!!!
In short, the "hinting" will do more harm than good, in my experience and MHO. I've grown to learn to simply get all your questions and request out of the way up front. This saves time, money, embarrassment, etc.. You do have those ladies who engage in very limited discussions of services over the phone, email of txt. As such you'll have to have that conversation once you enter the room.
WITH THAT SAID.......you do have what I would call the "vibe" factor. In short, as the session progresses and both parties get into the moment then, it's been my experience, that almost anything can and will happen without asking. It all happens organically. Once you and the lady agree on her rules and still proceed with session; you go in with no expectations. As a result, if nothing happens in addition to what was agreed upon then you're happy and if additional services are provided you're happy again. A win-win.
In Addition.......It's been my experience whether PV/FS/FBSM. Ladies have that "comfort" factor/zone. It's akin to the "vibe" thing I note above but different in that, if the lady is comfortable that you're not LE; you're not a wack-job; and you're simply a good no-drama client they will relax their rules and expand their boundaries IF you have the extra cash on hand to pay for expanded services. ONLY, if you have the extra cash on hand!! LMAO!!
But that hint shyt is a waste of time!

Repeat clientele is the goal in my experiences over the last couple years in regards to PV. I don't deal with upsell, but I'll repeat several times.
Hell, some told me I'll tell you when to stop, lol. Then again I'm not middle aged so some women may actually enjoy me, ha.
It can't hurt to ask and you gotta try. Right?!
