Local girls are heading to more lucurative markets, and girls from other cities are opting not to come. Girls I know ranging from the $1500/hr to girls who walk the streets all say business is way down in the District and neighbooring suburbs.
For the guys who do want to see ladies, sorry, but the demand is too low to attract ladies. Not sure why as DC has had good job growth and relatively low unemployment rates conpared to other cities of similar size and demographics.
In Milwaukee, unemployment is around 25% - more than double DC - but in one week I can make 40 - 60% more there.
So guys, what do you think is going on? The recession is affecting every city, but DC a fairly recession proof city has had a huge drop.
Looking at the board it must the rumors of people getting busted.
Many people in this region will be unemployed if they get busted in a sting.
It does not help when there have been some high profile busts (in the past) of providers who screen.
Even though the unemployment levels are not as high, people can't change jobs like to use to get big increases in pay. Many people did not get pay raises in 2009.
