I am sorry to hear that you have a potentially hazardous situation involving a client and good for you to warn other ladies, but ...   Do you really expect every provider to email/PM you for an individual report?

It would be far more efficient if you just went to any of the multiple providers-only boards and offered the warning there -- with specifics.  Or maybe give a broad description of the client here.
