Also, for providers, they have to request to have their reviews linked to their posts. So even if they have reviews written about them they may not show up.

When you hit reply, the original handle looks like an alias, not like before. So before you respond to a thread figure out of it is the real handle or alias first, not after having an introspective moment while replying.
