Starting tomorrow 12-12-11 I will start a thread on the ad board " Specials for the week of 12/12/11 throught 12/18/11".  In that thead ladies you my reply to my post listing any specials you want to extend to the gents here. This will not count against your weekly ad. At anytime during the week if you choose to extend this courtesy you may post in the thread for the remaining period left in the week but you may only post one time in the thread. You may choose to start early in the week or you may want to wait till late in the week.
The purpose of this ad is obvious but it will give the guys one place to look for those ladies who are offering specials. It will also give the ladies an opportunity for a 2nd ad during the week.
Ladies when replying to the post list what your special offer is.  You may include site links picture links.
Gents there will be no responses allowed to the ladies post in this thread sorry.
If this proves to be successful we will continue it weekly.

Awesome idea - but you should post it on Sunday as many of us can not use the site at work.

However, I got a suspicion if that thread stay up on first page for the week though.  I think those who post later in the week will have little exposure, might make it ineffective for those who post late.

If I post it on Sunday it will disappear quicker. One of the heaviest periods for ads is overnight is Sunday night. My thoughts are to empty the quere early Monday morning then post it.
It is my hope that this will become a weekly deal and it will not matter if it moves fast down the page or not. I would hope that if it becomes popular guys will scan the page for the "specials" post or hit the search button first before looking at all the other ads. If that happens then the ladies will see the benefit using it as an additional tool. The guys will benefit from the specials.
I can't take credit for it as it was Sin on the Chicago board that had the idea. Funtimes61 is allowing it ere an I decided to allow it here.
