Well, let's see.  In recent years, I have done Kori and Eve, and Eden and Stacy Adams.  Eve is no longer around, and Kori now only sees long time regulars.  Eden and Stacy Adams are available, though.  I understand Eden will also do two girl with Bella, although I haven't been with Bella (thought her last review was very lukewarm).  Selma and Cassandra of TGND do a much vaunted four hands.  Both get excellent reviews, but MY experience with Selma (as well as quite a few others) was actually very unsatisfactory.  Selma is very much YMMV and I got very little mileage out of her.  She turned Cassandra off to me, as well, so that sure wasn't going to be "in the cards" for yours truly.  As for the Kennedy and Cadence duo, it is legion, in the business.  I have seen them both separately, and will probably leave it at that.  Kennedy is just awesome, I'd go back to her ANYTIME, money willing.  In that arena, I prefer Dawn over Cadence (just a matter of personal preference).  Now if only Dawn would get into the two girl action.  BOY, would that EVER be something!!
