A Silver Spring man has been indicted by a federal grand jury on charges of sex trafficking, transportation of a minor for prostitution, and production of child pornography.  

(some silver spring dude) allegedly operated a prostitution business in D.C., Maryland and Virginia. He advertised women as prostitutes online, according to the indictment and court records.

(some silver spring dude) is accused of recruiting girls online and other locations to work for his prostitution business,” said (some) U.S. Attorney, who described the situation of the girls as “sex slavery.”

(some silver spring dude) is accused of recruiting a juvenile female to work as a prostitute in February 2011 after meeting her on an online social network targeted at teens. (some silver spring dude) allegedly posted photographs of the girl on the Internet, including a sexually explicit photograph.

(some silver spring dude) was arrested by Arlington County Police on June 1 and later charged in federal court. He is scheduled to be arraigned on July 29, 2011, in the United States District Court in Alexandria, Va.

The hobby community needs to be aware of the hot spots, recent arrests, and stuff like that.

Not everyone reads all the published news every morning.

Because of a few reasons
1 I do my own research and protect myself.
2 I would not be dealing with this kind of low rent pimp as anyone on here with class would not.
3 All of the areas you mentioned are where the low rent girls with pimps hang. I would never venture there.

First two, you start with the word "I"... Sure, you protect yourself but this forum is for public sharing of knowledge, to help one another. You might be the greatest due diligence guy on the board but what's the use if you're only keeping it to yourself?
