I think he is aka WiiiJackson aka IKnowSolo, but I'm not 100% sure; his writing style sure reminds of IKnowSolo. Anyway, I'm SO tired of his BS. Maybe it's time for a new handle?

You an do a search with his handle and it will tell you how posts the handle has.

Since TER only tracks IP address. I have 2 computers at home so I think I can have a different handle for each computer. You can also mask your IP address using some freeware.

But this does not explain why he is not showing up in the top 10.
