Why do so many people complain about a provider being high volume, what's the stigma? And how does anyone really know what providers are high volume and which ones are not? Just curious.

You know they are high volume when you call the agency or provider and are told that she is all booked for the next few days. You also know when you are given a limited number of openings to choose from, and are then rushed out because she tells you she has another client right afterwards. However, I do agree with the previous poster that it is often speculation.

That's how the business model works. Also keep in mind that those girls don't work every day of the month They would fly in for a week or so and work all day long, sometimes seeing as much as 5-6 guys.. If those girls don't work that much, their trip won't be fruitful. Hotel, food, plane tickets are expensive.  So, when you see agency girls, always keep in mind that they are high volume unless its a DIFFERENT kind of agency which uses a different business model.

When dealing with independents, they also have expenses like  hotel, food, but at least they don't have to give their CUT to agency owners, so they COULD be low volume. Depends on the gal and how much she wants to work..

Girls who are using BP for sole purposes of advertizing, can also be very high volume, as lot of times behind the scenes they are pimped by some dude. Its a known thing in the industry...

So if you really care about volume, and one should as it does affect the performance, stick to independents. You are LIKELY to see a girl who doesn't bang 10 guys in a day - although there are no absolute guarantees.

Most likely we are talking about the same girl. There are a lot of pathetic people out there. Agencies for example, let them set their own prices, its their business. However, from a clients perspective, its getting a bit out of control. For example, that new girl they had from Las Vagas chargin $400 on her first visit and everyone asked her why she is charging so much without any reviews. Turned out, a few guys saw her and said it wasn't worth the money and her attitude sucks.

This other girl, the one that we are talking about is also new. Her first visit and she is already charging $350 and with no reviews. Did you take a look at her face? The last picture in her website. She is average at best and anyone giving her a score of over a 7 in the looks department has very low standards. I wouldn't pay to see her and some of the girls they are offering. They need to step up their game and find some more attractive girls and run realistic rates that fit their status.

To the OP, you know when a girl is high volume when you count the number of towels in her bathroom. I usually look under the bathroom sink and see like 12 towels ranging from body towels to hand towels. That's just one example as there are many other examples.

I agree the prices are getting out of control but hey it is still wayyyyyyyy cheaper than having a wife.

Business models can change from geography, social class and price point.

By virtue of being an agency doesn't automatically make you high volume. Try to remember something gentlemen, this industry has multiple layers and as a client you're only exposed to the layer you do business in. Thus, it is all you know and   the entirety is a different story.

I have associates who only see one person a day and others who choose to work one of two day a week. It's their choice, this is also true for several other Agencies in other markets. Some of us have similar business models, many do not.

Among Agency owners who are emotionally secure, we  talk, within this group we know what each other is doing. Sometimes we don't agree but everyone runs their shop as they see fit. However I can tell you since I am privy to aspects and layers you (universal) are not, ease up on speaking in absolutes.

As for the whole agency cut thing, let me remind all of you, whether you like it or not, clients belong to the Agency since we're the ones who maintain the relationship into perpetuity. Yes, there is a real and measurable difference in the personality profile of an agency guy vs an independent guy.  Which in turn does play into equation affecting negative an positive outcomes.  At our level women come to us because they don't want to have to find clients, they want to do walk into business, do what they do and go home.

Those who last, earn a level of trust get to see behind the curtain and how much work goes into it. Of course without exception they are amazed because a good agency makes it look easy. Yet, it's not.

A reminder gentlemen you're only seeing one maybe two side of the elephant.  Just remember in the metaphor, there were three sides and three blind men.

When I hear the word HIGH VOLUME, stories told about my aunt often come to mind.
According to my mother, my aunt was about as HIGH VOLUME as you cant get.
I have heard stories of 3, 4 and sometimes 5 guys at a time.
Keep in mind this was back in the 1970s.

I've been busy, with mentoring three other agency owners in three other states.

Along with trying to find quality young women who are not self absorbed, unreliable, pill head (drug addicted) entitlement babies.

Yea, it seems more and more of the 19 to 25 year age group coming into the business are freaking pill heads!

I just sent a rejection letter to a lovely woman because she couldn't follow instructions. It seems the more attractive they are, the more they cant or wont follow a simple application processes.  The problem is I've learned, if I hire her, sooner rather than later she will flake out on you.
Then it's my ass to scramble to make it up to the client.

Let's just avoid that whole scenario right now... denied!

While I may not be privy to every layer of the business, at the end of the day, I am a monger and have used several agencies in DC area (past and present)... and trust me MOST of them run a business model where you are a few away from bumping into the previous client..

So her being blonde with blue-eyes already gives her heads up  over most of brunettes - unless they look really hot and young like Cassie and Jackie of DC Intro, Kennedy James and Nicole Stone of BFM.
