Hi, all.  I posted this on the general board, but then I found the regional one for DC, so I'm posting here as well.  I'm looking for providers in the D.C. area who are into and/or willing to receive an old fashioned over-the-knee spanking.  I've had a few fun sessions in the area, but it seems easier to find providers who are into this in NY or LA.  A few other things to note - 1. I'm early 30's, about 5'9, professional working in downtown D.C.; 2.
