I've managed to figure out MOST of the abbreviations used in the reviews but am having hard time with YMMV...any help here from anyone????

it means "your mileage may vary" - its the same phrase used with cars but it means that the performance you receive from the provider may vary depending on her mood and how well you two hit it off -
