He gave her a 9 in performance but wrote in the details that he would not recommend her. Was he afraid of the agency so he didn't give her a low score? Shouldn't TER adjust the score to reflect the actual review? I know we should read the details and not just rely on the scores, but not everyone does that especially the newbies.

I like his line about "service promised by the agency." im not sure Ive ever received the brochure of promises made by any agency. I always thought they promised time and companionship, correct?

Agencies do not promise anything.

He sounds like someone trying to get a discount on his next appointment.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. My original review (service rating:6) of Khloe was rejected because TER said that I made too many jokes and negative comments at the expense of her. I toned down my review but I do not recollect changing the rating. I am contacting TER to request making the correction. By the way, I have never been and would never be afraid of an agency's eaction to my honest assessment. Regards.
