I'm not quite in your age range, but I was having some difficulty a few years back. After hearing about the benefits of green, leafy vegetables, I realized my diet was crap. The only time I ate anything green was when somebody else cooked for me.
Changing your diet won't help when you have a sudden desire to see a lady, but it'll help you build up for the future. Rotate some kale, collards, and spinach into your diet. And eat as many sunflower seeds as you can stand (preferably unsalted). Both made a big difference for me. Turned the clock back about 15 years. Plus they're good for you anyway, part of the G-BOMBS micro-nutrient package. (Greens, berries, onions, mushrooms, beans, seeds)
I also mixed in some vitamin E supplements, but be wary of them. Recent studies have linked them to prostate cancer. Not dietary vitamin E, just the supplements. I dropped the E and it didn't make that big a difference.
