I am a bit late with this but all of the south side (Club Hustler to the Circus) bars are back open.  The Custom house bars and the magazine store at the far end of the block (by the police station) have been open a bit longer.   The north side is a different story not sure when some of the businesses on that side will be allowed to reopen and the rumor mill is just too unreliable in this case.  

Business is reportedly slow though so if you are into that particular experience please support your local bartenders and dancers.   If you aren't into it well don't kick them when they are down.
