Are they rather new with limited experience? I am already a 2-year known client of one of the established NoVa Kgfe agencies and an even longer established client of other well-known agencies, but I've found the TopLumi clearance process to be one that's given me some pause. There is usually a balance between safety and privacy and they seem not to be very sensitive to this. Obviously any experienced hobbyist is. Curious what others encountered. However the new member process even with referrals from another local kgfe agency was not easy, so plan ahead and be patient and expect a bit more intrusive check. Its good in some ways they play carefully, but being carded etc. isn't for everyone, so be forewarned.
