Every time I've used BDJ, something has gone horribly wrong.  From having the girls cancel my appointment after the confirmation call, to having the provider double-booked, something always seems to be screwed up there.

So today, after hearing rumors that Marissa was a thing, I called up to investigate.  After a short discussion of her location, price & availability, I declined.  So what do I get?  The girl on the phone says "OK Cheapey."

Thanks BDJ for convincing me that you're just not worth the phone call.

Foolonpoint - Sorry to hear about your bad experiences. I am 3 for 3 with bdj ladies, all a good time. Don't know what causes the variablility in service. Sometimes with the ladies it can just be the chemistry between two people, but should not be the case with phone service. Nothing more frustrating then a messed up appointment (besides getting ripped off), seems like locations are never close to me.

I only recently was able to see someone from BDJ.  Prior to that, I too had given up due to the phone manners and general treatment from them.

I only persisted after reading Marissa's reviews.

The secret to BDJ (that I have discovered) is to book early and _always_ speak to Kim. Speaking to anyone else is a waste of time. If Kim's busy, call back later.

Sometimes Kim updates her website first, sometimes Eros. As soon as there's notice of the intended quarry, I make the call. Often Kim doesn't yet know the hotel, but that's ok. Just book a time. If it's an early appt. I call the evening before to confirm. Otherwise I call the morning of. Either way you now know the general vicinity. She usually asks that you call back about 2 hours before the appointment, then again a few minutes before hand to get the room number.

I also like to call before I'm getting ready to leave just to make sure the schedule hasn't gotten f$%ked up. If something's wacked then I don't get quite so frustrated if I haven't hauled my ass all the way over there. It also gives me the opportunity to say "I made a 11:00 appointment X days in advance because it was the only time that worked for me. I can't wait until 12."

If the other agencies didn't make it much easier, then people wouildn't know there's a difference in how you should be treated.  

You're right about the women making up for the crappy customer service.

BDJ is the only agency I use in this area anymore because Kim expects her talent to provide a certain level of service. If they don't meet it, they're gone. It will be interesting to see how long some of the girls who migrated from other Florida agencies last with her.

My experiences with other Floriday agencies have been all over the map. Being easier to deal with on the phone isn't much consolation when you get a bad actress with more rules than previously indicated. Every once in a while I'd find a gem, but more often than not it'd be something that, had I known about TER at the time, would have rated a 5 or 6 at best.

I've had similar experience with them. Great women; lousy agency. I quit using them a year ago and haven't  missed them.

I agree for the most part.  I've only had an issue with one provider but otherwise, the girls are EXCELLENT!!!  Good advice is being provided here.

Yeah, you know, occasionally one of their girls catches my eye, so I try again (memories of Barbara still on my, ahem), and then I run into their phone service.  I just couldn't see what made Marissa worth 300+ when her reviews indicated a 300 girl, and I got insulted for it.

MC, on the other hand, has incredible service, and still schedules me even though I called them one day to cancel 30 minutes before an appointment (I'd been in a wreck)!
