When you said that I thought of how it'd work in Vegas. Girls don't screen in the brothels or casinos I'm sure (never been there but if they do then wow!)

Only thing the girl has to go off of is what the guy looks like. I personally am not going to fill out date checks or whatever other sites and girls use to verify. But I can see why providers want to , I would if I were them.

This LIMITS me immensely to the point where I've seen two providers total in a six month's time frame , LOL.

I think this gentleman makes some relavent points, and I'm with holding his name becasue his message is more important.

"Today every woman wants to screen me with a very intense amount of personal info (which we all know is never disposed of...we've seen all the busts on TV and the papers to prove it time and time again) and then they want to set up my appointment for 2-4 days later.  I understand their need for this, so I am not complaining (lamenting maybe...)but it does remove the spontaneous aspect of this hobby that I personally found enjoyable.  I enjoy hobbying because it's an escape from reality.  If I have to make an appointment and basically fill out forms then it becomes exactly what I am trying to escape."

My only responce would be to get pre screened so that you can make spontaneous  encounters.
However for the screening, I do think it is a necessary evil.
As a provider, I like to make the screening process as painless as possible.
Anyone have any thoughts?

I agree with the gentleman.  I've been inactive for a couple of years now, and keep wanting to jump back in.  The onerous screening processes have kept me from trying new providers.   I understand the need from the provider side.  I wish there were a 3rd party service, perhaps based in a country where the laws are more liberal, that providers would trust and hobbiest could use.

I can tell you that Preferred411 works this way -- they're based out of Canada.  They aren't cheap, and they will check you out, but they've always worked out well for me.  Their services are not as widely used in the DC area as in, say, Dallas, where I used to travel frequently on business, but it's still worthwhile enough for me to keep my account with them.

Check it out -- your mileage may certainly vary, but I've always been happy with the service I've gotten from them.  If you do happen to travel to Dallas, I can assure you that a membership is invaluable there, and it's probably really useful in other cities as well.

I personnaly feel the only person I can control is myself.  I have no right to tell a provider how or if she should screen, how she should schedule appointments, ect...  My only option is to see those that meet my requirements and move on from those that don't.

Now as an opinion, I believe screening is an absolute necessity.  I do wish that I could be assured that my information was disposed of though.  I would not want to see someone that doesn't do screening, even if they are well reviewed.  It poses to much risk.

Joe your correct. Brotherls are legal. Girls are ayin weekly rent. room and oard. scurity buttons in every room. Believe me girls have had to use them. So no matter what . Brotherls dont screen but there are the house staff driers and women equiped with 8 in heels to deend against robbers, men who try to hurt the working firls. An all too fmous rude and drunken clientele.

We don't ask as a provider to break your comfort zone. as much as We are doing our best to aoid not only safey, legal and yes finacial issues here.
As profiders  women should never do anyting out of her comfort level in all aspects of this industry.
If that includes screening... so be it

Don't you fellas think We also would love to jump at every flattering phone call?
I must turn down so many men due to no references.
I love my braceles with diamonds on them... or fur lined. no keys and bars.

The secret is to find the right balance, one that provides the woman sufficient security, but preserves for the man some privacy and protection from later "embarrassment". That balance is increasing difficult to strike.

The problem with screening is that, as the guy above said, the information is usually retained. And there is simply no way to control for that fact, despite assurances that it will be destroyed. The case going on in Detroit regarding Miami Escorts, in which the prosecutor is said to have a data-base with 30,000 names in it, is just one example.

I find particularly onerous the requirement to submit a form with my full real name on it, cross-referenced to a phone number. I have approached some agencies and said I am happy to provide  references by email, a name over the phone, and show ID at the door, but am not willing to submit a full form in writing which may one day come back to haunt me. Together with references and a white-listing, I think that ought to be enough, but some agencies baulk. So I walk. I understand the need for security, but I am not willing to risk the later disclosure of a data-base with my information in it.

But it is too bad - there is one agency in particular that is close to where I am that I would love to use, but we just can't get around this hurdle.

Even worse, the ones least capable of creating the fake persona are the least dangerous... and the ones the ladies need to watch out for are the one's who can most easily do this.

This doesn't solve anything for the ladies, I understand, but they need to understand that "employment screening" methods are kinda pointless.

Correct. The info is NOT disposed of - because you send it over the web. Your name hits many nodes on the way and anyone with programming knowledge can hack it. In fact - Google probably keeps all such forms in their data base. You send it over the web - they grab it and keep it.

I am told that if a message goes from Gmail to Gmail, it never travels the internet at large but stays on the Gmail server.  Yes, forever, but the legal hurdle required to retrieve anything from it is quite high.

Chicago-based Roomservice2000 (RS2K) has been the gold standard for some time.  It's employment screening based, with a central repository keeping the information.  You tell the girl your name, home city, and phone number (hobby phone).

Unsuprisingly, this is well received by the girls.  Hobbyists also seem to accept it, with some notable exceptions among those who find it a bit odd to keep broadcasting one's name and home village.  On the other hand, RS2K bills itself as a membership service, claims to have excellent security, and, I know for a fact, good lawyers.

That is one balance that's been struck, and has become all but mandatory if you want to see certain providers.  My decision is not to see them.
