You have to do your own research and read read read reviews. There are no shortcuts.

For LE, start with avoiding MD.

I'm new to the DC game as well, but start with TER and P411. I'm also trying to build up my OK list, so i hope having P411 will help. Otherwise your left playing Backpage Roulette.

There are no guarantees when it comes to LE or rip-offs. However, you can keep the odds in your favor by adhering to the following:

1. Only see girls who have good reviews from multiple people.

2. Never ever discuss money or specific acts.

As for providers willing to see newbies, most agencies and some independents will be willing to accommodate you if you contact them a couple of days in advance, but if you are not established expect to have to give them your employment information and other personal data.
