I haven't been able to email any providers who use gmail accounts. I've been trying to set up an appointment with Kate TER ID: 135324 and its been a few days since I submited mt initial contact info without receiving a reply.But the site rules say that new clients shouldn't call. Should I ignore that rule in the case that no other contact method seems to be working?

... Don't know about the provider you are mentioning, but in my experience, occasionally it takes a while for them to respond.

Are you sure it is a gmail problem? If your mail did not get to her then you should have received notice it was not delivered. I know of several providers who use gmail and currently have no problems.

if you look a few threads down you will see that Cindy is having a difficulty with gmail. she had to open a new account and hasn't access to her current appointments. a real bummer.

i am awaiting final confirmation (by gmail) and don't have an alternate means of contacting the lady.

so i will stay occupied and hope for the best....

Everyonce in a while gmail would act up ... but today been e mailing whole day and no issues

Usually if there is a delivery issue with gmail you get "undelivarable" message a day or two later

I've had 3 failed email attempts and no response from 2 contact submissions within 2 weeks.

I use gmail and never have problems. My friends have had no problem either.
