I've been laid up for the past few weeks with a strained back.  Wish I could say I did it in some fun, erotic way.  

FINALLY got the doctor's ok to "resume normal activities".  As he didn't know quite what those activities were, I waited an extra week.  lol

If I didn't get released soon, I think I would explode.  God help my first few appointments!
