I had thought about mentioning the same idea as tranquilwaters, that they may be offering more than just anal for the PSE surcharge. However, neither gives much hint as to anything like that on her website, nor did I see anything of the sort in a partial skim of their reviews. The problem there is that the range of possible extras is huge (e.g., filming your session, S&M, or selections from the wide world of fetishes) and it will be the rare lady who would accommodate anything more than a small slice of this spectrum.  Bottom line: I wouldn't assume that PSE means anything other than anal, and I suggest being VERY  discreet and indirect about asking for something more in advance.

On the other hand, if you are just thinking about costumes or role play, go ahead and ask, but don't get into specific acts. Also, I wouldn't assume that GFE but not PSE ladies would be unwilling to make reasonable accommodations on role play and they might be willing to dress for the part if you give them enough notice and they have the clothes (e.g., a plaid skirt and white blouse can go a long way for schoolgirl and sexy French maid might not be too hard with advance notice and accessories that you could supply, but nurse or stewardess would be a big ask and you should offer to pay for the shopping trip and allow plenty of notice). Do ask on these in advance in any case; I know one former provider who did schoolgirl outfits but found serious schoolgirl role play deeply creepy.  

For anything exotic beyond role play and costumes, you might end up having to build some trust with a more vanilla first session and then ask at the end if more creative options would be a possibility. Be prepared for a gentle no.
