I got a few frustrated calls this last week, and I just wanted to clarify something:

When you leave me a message:

1/ If you don't tell me it's OK to call back anytime, I WILL NOT return your call. For instance, if you call me in the evening, and leave a message. If I am not able to return the call the same evening, I will not call you back except if you tell me it's OK.

2/ If you don't leave your phone number and assume I will know it from my caller ID, bad news.... Today, I got 4 messages and 3 assumed that I had the number. I might have it or not on my caller ID, but I just can't figure out which one is yours between the ones who leave messages and the ones who don't.

3/ When I know you - and in that case you should know me too! - never e-mail me for same day appointment, call me! I am not glued to my computer and at the best, I check my mail 2/3 times a day. On the other hand, if you leave a message, I will call you back.

4/ It's obvious but should I say it again? I will not respond by e-mails or phone if you leave a graphic message or ask some "gas stations" questions!
