My snowy weekend was pretty mundane. Snow shovel and snow blower all day Saturday, with more today. It's fun watching the dog chase the snow, but then she gets all lame. Hopefully our street will be plowed today or tomorrow. I'd say we got 24-30"
I hope everyone stayed/stays safe.
In between shifts i looked out the window to see someone had gotten stuck. I went out to help(as did others)free the vehicle. As you can imagine everyone 'helping' was heavy laden with attire. I couldn't tell who was who. After the vehicle was free to continue on it's way,i discovered the person i was next to shoveling was a HOT single mom whom i have wanted to 'entertain' for quite a while now. Alas, small chit-chat and back into our respective abodes.
Kick my; ass Kick my ass. I'm much too shy to make that sort of move in my own neighborhood.
Invite her back to your place for some adult libation later on. What have you got to lose except for a bad case of blue balls?
She will love you for it!
her house helping her clean up. I'd much rather hobby than set myself up for rejection.
Wait a minute.I can't date;i have an s/o. ![]()
May not be a good idea...you guys have to live close to each other....could make it a little awkward?
Just speaking from experience. ![]()

Thank you
2010 = 28
Too old and out-of-shape to shovel all at once.
When there was about 3" Friday night I shoveled for about half an hour. Saturday morning I shoveled for over an hour, then again in the evening. I'm ready to for some more this morning.
I hope they plow my street, a cul-de-sac, by tonight so that I can start digging. The wind is not helping.
Yes...I am going to where the temperature is in the mid 80's. Thank GOD! I am freezing where I'm at, and there isn't any snow. I am truly a Florida girl...and working on moving my butt back down there! I have had enough of Atlanta weather!
Also thinking of coming for a visit to DC. I have relatives out there in VA. Lived there for quite a few years....would be nice to go back...when the snow is ALL GONE! LOL!
Enjoy it Hound...Hope I get to see you when I do visit!
Hope you get plowed out soon, Hon!
khori xooxxoxoxoxooxxo
Hope it is all melted before I get home
That sounds real good about now!
looking forward to it darlin'!
Shovelled and 'snow blowered' both sides of the block, 2 driveways and we ganged up to clearthe street.
I could use a little Khori lovin' about now ![]()
Shoveled all day yesterday. After the yard filled up made a walkway to the island in the parking lot and carried the snow there. Well many of my neighbors decided to just throw it in the street. The plow just cam down my little cul-de-sak and just before my house (I'm on the end) gave up and said his truck couldn't handle the volume. He said he would try to get a front loader in sometime tonight. My company is sending me a hummer in the morning so I don't miss work. Real nice of them.
What lady is doing it? What a great fringe benefit!
Oops, I guess you meant a Hummer vehicle...lol
Yeah I wish!
on a ski vacation, I had rented some nice accomidations near the slopes. I had made sure I had a place with an outdoor hottub with a great view. Anyway, during the week it really snowed a lot. I was coming back to the devlopment and saw two very pretty ladies struggling to get their car out of driveway. (The plows had plowed snow at the bottom of the driveway.) They didn't have a shovel.
After I parked at my place, I walked back to them with a shovel in hand and said I was at their disposal. It took about 30 minutes but I extricated their car. While I was shoveling we chatted about where we were from, etc. I mentioned the place I was staying at and they coo-ed that they wish they'd had a place with an outdoor hottub. I told them I was staying for a few more days and they were welcome to use the hottub in the evenings when I was around. (This is normally so not me, but I decided to get a little out of my shell.)
Well, that night there was a knock on the door and there they both were, one with some nice wine in her hand, and the other with some great takeout food. I of course invited them in and took their jackets. They weren't wearing a whole heck of a lot considering we were in a cold ski area. After we ate and drank they asked if the offer to use the hottub was still open and I said of course. I told them they could use the extra bedroom to change. They laughed and said they didn't have anything to change into and asked if that was okay.
I turned beet red when I realized what they meant. (I'm a bit shy in real life.) I stammered, "um ah, sure that's okay" and felt a little embarrassed that junior prof was getting all excited. While I cleaned up dinner, they got in the tub. I had never been in a hottub sans suit before, so was a bit shy but figured I'd look more like an idiot if I did wear one. So I hopped in. The scene was almost like one of those fake 70's/80's porno's (and I half expected the cheesy background music to start!)
As they say, "much fun was had by all".
The ladies came by each night for the next few days.
Fast forward a couple years later. I am surfing some Eros ads of ladies around the country, and what do I find but an EROS ad of one of the ladies from that week.
I sometimes think it would be neat to reconnect, but the first encounter happened so naturally as an outreach of a 'helping hand' I had offered them with no expectation in return, that I'd rather savor that then diminish it as a client.
I love the snow!
picking up a few things in my 4WD. It was a beautiful day, and we had both finished our shoveling on Saturday. We laughed at all of the idiots who had no business diving today. They were stuck everywhere. The best was a red MB SL500 not moving on a very slight hill. What the hell was that guy thinking?
Somewhere it is written: Do not neglect to show hospitality to strangers, for thereby some have entertained angels unawares...
I encountered an angel just yesterday. I don't know how much I entertained her, but she offered to entertain me lol
Her sportscar was so burried in snow that it looked like a little Igloo. She was trying to "scrape" it out with a dustpan lol.
Dressed in a short leather jacket, tight tight tight jeans and boots with high heels, her bleached blonde hair blowing about when not hanging down past her lovely tushy.
She was falling on her pretty little ass about every fifteen seconds, which is hard to do when the snow is up past your knees, I'd think lol
Well - I brought my shovel and a couple of tools and "helped" her get dug out. Which means that I did 90% of it while she talked to me. High speed, not terribly articulate, but nonetheless enjoyable banter.
Even though I got her dug out I told her that there was no way she was getting that car *anywhere* til the roads in our neightborhood got plowed. That if she needed to get somewhere I would be willing to give her a lift - a rather high lift actually - in my 4x4.
She did not need anything at the moment, but if the roads are still bad, she asked if I would drive her to work on Monday evening. At a local strip club lol.
An angel indeed.
But I can't say I was truly "unaware".....
She had "the look" about her.
And her proffer of showing me her appreciation may not pan out.
We'll see......
You go Boy!!!
I stayed in cause I had no chooice like everyone else! Watched movies, made steak, and cinnamon bons yummy!
I shoveled in shifts, or basically when it was time to take the dogs out. I have 5. My front yard looks like the woods, cant see the street thats how far back my house is.
I dug a huge maze out in my front yard. It goes all the way around and a has a few different paths. I did it for my dogs and to let them go out and its FUN! They LOVE running around it and chasing me, and having snow balls thrown at them!
I had a guy that wanted me to come out to Greensboro, Pa its only 50miles away from where I live, but the roads were bad! My roomie got stuck out in it and had to be pulled out the day the snow started! The guy was like nooo its cool come out. I love when you get people that just dont care about your safety and just want you to suit their needs. If I had gone out I would have never gotten back home!
Be safe everyone!Sidney
