downside economics should breed competition for the same buck.  Not a big fan of BP but agree on the values found.  Just have to do your homework.

What's goin' on fellas? The girls are buzzin' that it's quiet and biz is slow?

I have a nasty cold. I had to cancel last week on a provider that I have seen before. There are others that I wanted to see but can't see until this nasty cold is gone.

Tysons [and much of DC] is no longer navigable.

Many mrn are working longer hours to combat serious W-2 and 401k erosion, etc.

Endless car/house repairs and family expenses.

Exhaustion, no free time.

Upward pricing to 350-600/hour by indies and touring ladies.

Agencies: Overworked [and recently malodorous] companions.

Enough yet?

Lets not forget about the pay freezes in the Federal government and other local businesses.

Then last but least the stock market sell off that this summer.

Lets not forget about all the visiting providers who are offering below market rates on a regular basis. One told me that she was happy to get $200/hour compared to where she is from where ladies are offering $50 sessions. She gave me top notch GFE services and 2 pops in 1 hour in a up-scale hotel. She recently posted an ad and had to yank it down after it was up for four hours because of too many calls.

Some of locals that I know have raised prices because they have a sugar daddy.  As soon as the sugar daddy is gone the prices come down.

There are seasonal factors that come into price increases.  After labor day popular providers take away summer discounts and raise their prices. They go from $(250-300)/hour to $(400-450)/hour.

Then there is new talent coming into the market ever day. It is more of thrill to me to see someone that I have never seen before.

Quite fearful about my small business as the likelihood of second recession has considerably increased. Difficult to think about hobbying in these uncertain times. Don't know what others feel?

I'm a visiting provider and I've learned a lot from this thread.
Thanks,
KK
