His post are compliant, meaning they meet the TER guidelines as currently written. Having said that it would be nice if more people would do their homework before posting. Hell it's my opinion and we all know opinions are like assholes.......Most of the people posting here have never read the board rules for participation here. If they did my job would be easier to say the least.
What I think is a good idea that was submitted as suggestion on another board is to have one thread daily for 411 post. All 411 post be on that thread with appropriate links. Start the thread with "411" so that when you search all 411"s come up and it also keeps the board cleaner. This is not really something I can enforce so it would have to be voluntary. But with so few taking the time to read any rules at all they are prone to premature discharges.
You could also do a thread dedicated to B&S and rip offs. The problem for me is when I deny post if the poster doesn't have pm there is no way to get the message to repost on that thread. I'm not about to go to powers to be for these changes just yet. They need to get the review issues fixed first before they take on any more changes.
Just sayin
Besides including a link... DUH!
At a minimum folks:
* Google the phone and/or email address
* Run the photos through tineye
and include any results you found (i.e. three different names with photos of two obviously different people, etc.
The last two 411 posts both had tineye hits, and one had more hits than I have seen in a while, for one ad.
Sorry, but when you tell them to use tineye, you might consider posting the full link because most have no clue how to use Google or the TER search feature.
Funny when I type google my spell check shows red for editing becaues I didn't capitalize the letter G.
If you teach them how to so all the work you do to find out more about someone, maybe it will make a difference.
But after all these years here, I know others will come and be totally clueless because the rules are not written someplace easy to find, and even when easy, some are just lazy.

Fugly - looking at the guidelines I thought ISO posts were only to be used on the ISO board, Pornstar and Transexual boards.
It seems like there has been a spate of ISO postings on the board where the OP's have done little to no research on their ISO.
An ISO vs true 411 to me is in the effort of research and finding information. Seeking help for information that is not readily available constitutes a true 411 post.
We have set a precedent allowing 411 post that are community specific to be posted in that community for as long as I've been around. Truthfully I'm not sure how effective and how much response they would get if required to post only on the ISO board. It is however a good question for me to bounce off other mods for opinion and the original intent of the rule.
We are trying to encourage more activity not squash or make it harder. My opinion is it will not get much response there and discourage participation.
To me they kill a board and that's why you see so many angry posts in reply. Especially to dumb and lazy posters that don't share back with the community.
A guy who says he's been a member for several years, with no reviews, just brings it upon himself IMO.
about it for his self. It would take a 3 seconds and less energy then typing a post, why would it be that girl in the ad?
While I understand the sentiment, there are all levels of both computer and hobbying experience on the Board. I remember asking a about an ad one time (a LONG time ago) and it turned out that the pictures were of a relatively famous Eastern European porn star. No one on the Board jumped me, but there were no replies either. I got the message and started doing some checking first as was suggested.
Some of us take a little longer to grasp the concepts. Please be patient.
My point was not to deride. If anything I was whining a bit - LOL!
My point is we need some minimum standards. And if you're searching for escorts on the internet, a lack of internet tech savvy is not a valid excuse. That's like someone driving on the highway in an ice storm with no driving experience and texting to ask for driving advice.
The things I suggest are easy to do. Even tineye can be googled, found, and is easy to use if you read the minimal directions.
I also like fug's suggestion of a single 411/fake/whatever post for all posts that day/week.
Many forums have sticky FAQs that address problems encountered frequently. If this is a real problem, put a sticky note up top saying how to post 411. When people have the info at their fingertips, they are more likely to do it. That said, sticky notes can really clutter up a board if there are too many of them.
