You want a relatively low priced FBSM? I've been searching with no luck. The Russians are overpriced, and everyone else is following suit. I can give you a few names of some FBSM providers if you're willing to pay above your limit.

I haven't been able to find any good erotic massages in DC and surrounding areas.

Jaida (here and on Erosdc) is good and reliable.  Does not provide quite all the services you mention, but some, and she is skilled and friendly.  $180 per hour.  Downtown DC.
