I'll be 62 next month.  Didn't anticipate the decline to start just yet.  Noticing it takes longer to catch wood and, the wood don't stay wood as long as it use too.

I'm in good health, never smoked nothing, never drank nothing, pescitarian, I'm not on any medication cause I don't have diabeties, or high blood pressure.  And, I played hoops through college.

Any proven, tested solutions other than Viagra, Dick implants, and gas station dick pills?

Or sildenafil is easy to get and inexpensive. No shame.

Urologists might find issues related to prostate, and the blood flow issue may mean some problems in the arteries, so worth getting a checkup.  

That said, if you want to try some natural things first, beets (or beet juice or supplements) can improve nitric oxide improving blood flow (other root vegetables like radishes may help too). And zinc too (maybe in combination with vitamins to help absorption)

One thing which is still a bit on the fringe .. ditch the mouthwash. There is some tentative evidence that heavy mouthwash use can disrupt your natural chemistry and hurt production of nitric oxide. Not totally proven but worth a try. I've done the above and have no issues in my 60s.

These exercise, hex bar deadlifts, squats, bench press (flat, incline, decline), leg press.  They all help to increase testosterone in your largest muscle groups.  Your legs muscles are the biggest, followed by back, then chest.  After you work out make sure to take whey protein.  Whey protein is also good to eat with breakfast.  

Your testosterone levels will be high for about 48 hours after the exercises.   I will be 59 soon and I can tell without the exercise no way I would be able to still get 2 pops in the hour (for morning appointments) or go for 2 pops for an evening appointment in about 1.5 hours.  

After my first round I eat a protein bar, and drink pineapple juice.  

I also walk about 2 to 4 miles every day for cardio.

Go get a doc to get your testosterone levels. You want to be between 600 and 800.  
Someone mentioned exercise. Yes. Compound movements. Squats. Bench press. Deadlifts pushups and pullups. Heavier the better.  
Check your diet
 You need fats but the good kind. Grass fed beef. Salmon. and Avocado. fish oil.  
Loose weight. Slimmer you get the more efficient your body is at producing testosterone.  
There are a few herbs I take that helps. Tonghat , horny goat weed and ashwaganda.
I'm a little older than you and I can tell you from experience. This works.

I’ve been finding that Ashwagandha seems to help with stress and anxiety a little as well. L-Tyrosine also. Only mentioning this because stress can also negatively impact hormonal processes. When I’m in a good mood, so is my woody!
