Drink water if necessary but don't overdo it; you already have fluid from the soup. Because of the weight of the fluid you won't see weight loss immediately. Plain water comes in and goes out, but the fluid in soup, containing electrolytes, stays in your body for almost a day, so be patience. Then stop the soup two days before your "fav girl" arrives.
You will see a lag in time in the results. You should see a loss of a couple of pounds after the fast but several more pounds after several days. So you should start now.
