Guys spend alot of time avoiding TGTBT girls and fake pictures, why would an agency think we'd have a different opinion of "altered" and "glamoured" pics?

She already has implants and they look nice, but the new pics are just ridiculous.

In my opinion it only makes sense to put out the best representation of the girl that they could find. Have you met the girl in question? How do you know that she doesn't look like that in person? The agency in question is known for havingn a good reputation so you may be wrong in this case.
