Hopefully, I don't step on wrps07 toes with his paranoid and dark thread post monopoly.  But it is what it is....companies like google are essentially building a profile of you and now The Man wants access to info based on search terms. Granted, it's a dragnet....but as with all legal things if your money and/or complexion ain't right for the protection you are screwed!

Problem is Sparky is the companies like Google and others don't want to share with the man which can jeopardize everyone's safety.  Only a moron leaves a trail for the authorities to follow and it has nothing to do with your complexion.
