I have added a few extra days for DC (DuPont Circle Area) tour - and well, that may actually make it possible for us to meet!  Check out my exteneded schedule and let me know if something works for you!  It turns out I can get a get deal on a flight leaving on Monday rather than on Sunday... heck, it is almost cheaper than driving!  That being said, here is what I have left of my extended time:

Friday, February 18th - 2pm until 6pm (afternoon excitement!)
Saturday, February 19th - Booked
Sunday, February 20th - 4pm until midnight (nighty, nighty delight!)
Monday, February 21st - 7am until 9am (morning madness! - my favorite!)

400$/1.5hrs
500$/2hrs
