I wanted to thank everyone for their patience. It is currently the end of the semester and finals week is quickly approaching...sigh. 

Taking 15 credits was just delightful, and given my current course-load, I may be a bit delayed in answering emails and such. I promise after next week, and into the new year, I will be available to fully engage and to meet with you wonderful gents. 

Also, I guess now is as good a time as any to announce that I will be moving out of the DC area in a few weeks. Although the traffic and congestion was always an issue for me, getting my property tax bill in October really lit a fire . I  won't be too far though, and I promise to make regular trips.

Actually even with personal property tax in VA VA is still cheaper to live in the MD, DC, PA etc. All have higher income tax rates then VA.  Before you sign a lease also check and see how much you car insurance will go up. Friend of mine moved from Alexandria near Landmark, VA to waldorf, MD and her insurance on her doubled.
