Worst case scenario...what should a girl do?

A lovely and frisky provider sees a gentleman and he has a heart attck in the middle of a session. How should a girl handle this situation. Of course she should help him, but how do you handle questions later for the hospital and so forth? If he is married, his wife is bound to find out. What do you say to doctors, family, etc?

...keep doing your work while the paramedics are doing theirs. If I'm going to check out, I'd prefer to be having sex until the very last second.

The first guy was not a client but my lover. I was having an affair with a married guy and we were having sex when he started to feel pain in his arm, creeping to his shoulder.
My neighboor across the hall was a nurse, so I ran to his apartment and he carried my lover to his place and called the ambulance.
He was barely conscious when my neighboor was telling him "you were at my house? you hear me?" and dressing him up.
The ambulance took him and my neighboor went with them. I was a nervous wreck, not knowing what to do. Few hours later my neighboor called and said he was ok and his family was there.

The second guy was a regular of mine...but was not a heart attack.
I used to see him every week, until he disappeared for couple months. He called for an appointment and when I we were having sex I heard a loud crack and he rolled out of me to the floor screaming in pain. I panicked and then he told me he had a back surgery when he was away. The loud crack was a bone in his back.
I helped him to the bed and he told me to get some stuff out of his pocket, he could not move at all. So I got his pills, he took few of them and swallowed. He told me to call his brother and his doctor.
I called him and explained what happened. I dressed him up, the best way I could and waited for help to come.
His brother came over with two other guys and took him out of the hotel room. They could not call an ambulance, because of the situation, but they went direct to the hospital where the doctor was waiting for him.

In both cases, was a very scary experience...the first one was ok after few weeks, the second not.

Is always good to have a "plan B", specially if you have health problems.

geez call the ambulance. Say you just met earlier, which is not a lie.

Me, I am a single guy. But for the married guys. They are always taking this risk. Not the risk of needing medical care, but the risk of his spouse finding out. He is the one risking for one reason or another. But I doubt he was thinking about risking his life. So in that case he is willing to risk being caught, but no evidence he is willing to risk his life.
So he made the call for you allready

Miki, I once heard that the derivation of the word "orgasm" is from "mini-death" or something like that.  I guess it is all about managing the "mini" part and keeping it that way.
