Back in the college days, when I used to drink beer (I rarely drink anymore) I was told by a friend not to chug the beer (as it was a common game with the boys back then). He asked me if I hated drinking beer. "No..." I said.. "I love it".   "Then.." he said, "Savor each sip, and you would enjoy it more..." Wise words from a wise man....  

Just the fear of losing interest is sex, which I enjoy so much would dissuade me from having it every day, even if the opportunity were available (which isn't... fair disclosure).. Too much of anything can sour the experience.

Yes, some of the gentlemen here have very nice cars parked in their driveways.

They drive well and provide reliable, but predictable service.

There are other gentlemen here who have broken down beaters with 'historic' plates.

However, the wonderful news is that there are rental cars available when the need arises:

- perhaps something a little more flashy.
- perhaps just a nice comfortable ride in a full size sedan.
- perhaps a muscle car.
- perhaps a sports car.
- perhaps a car with more bells and whistles.
- or perhaps a short ride in a Hummer!

The initial question is on frequency.  As someone who had far less than I wanted during much of my adult life, I think that more is better than less.  That said, I definitely prefer quality over quantity.  I also think that every day is too rigid (yes, there is a pun here).  There are days when work, other commitments, illness, etc. get in the way.  For me flexibility is required.  Maybe a certain frequency is desired, whether it's daily, weekly, or whatever.  That should be a goal or possibly an average, but a mandate is too strong.

I think the second question relates to variety.  That could take the form of a different partner, but it could be as simple as the day of the week, time of the day, position(s), etc.  It's important in the long run to vary things to keep them fresh and exciting.  A routine should not be hard and fast.  But members should be erect, and a quickie for variety can be a good thing too.  So, "hard" and "fast" have their place.  

It's always interesting to consider your questions.

Ignoring the early days of sexual activity I'm join to say that the "must have every day" in most cases is something of a substitution situation. Sex is satisfying some other psychological need.

At least that's my take -- there's a lot of interesting things to entertain you mind and body with (well, it's all in you mind you body is just the input tool that focusing on the sexual element just seems to narrow-minded.

But maybe that's just sour grapes as I can't do it every day
