There are reviews for many European cities. Set country to other, city to all, and put the city name in location. I'm going to Barcelona in a few weeks and many reviews popped up for that city.

Went to Italy last year, Suggest you avoid the strip club near the Hard Rock Cafe in Rome. It is 3 times as expensive to get a lady from there, but doable.  The only problem with TER is that many of the reviews listed here are for ladies that have moved on. So do your research carefully and reserve early as possible, then reconfirm once you get on the ground there.
