Ok, so we all know that eros decided to place a code that restricts us from right clicking and viewing the image.  I figured out a way around it...
You're still allowed to right click on the eros site so i'll post the steps on how to retrieve the image URL so we can use our tineye tool.

1. Right click anywhere on the eros ad (besides the image of course).
2. LEFT click on view page source (if you're using firefox, do NOT be intimidated by the lines of the syntax)
3. Now this is where Firefox will help you guys out, you'll notice some parts of the code is underlined in blue, this means this particular piece of code is a link.  I'm also sure you all know how to identify an image file extension (.bmp .jpg .gif and so forth)
4. Find the links that have .jpg at the end, those are your images go ahead and click on that and see what happens.
5. There is your image =) however we're not done yet.
6. simply copy and paste the code (the entire blue underlined syntax, it will look something like this: /dynamic-images/159/159477/932098fs.jpg)
7. simply place: http://www.eros-dc.com in front of the image file so you have this...

http://www.eros-dc.com/dynamic-images/159/159477/932098fs.jpg

8. Now you're free to do all the research you want

I hope this helps you guys out, be safe and happy hobbying.

Directly to tineye, and they will fetch the image for you.
The direct link must be used by clicking on the bottom right of the EROS ad.

Rather than do all that stuff, just turn off Java in the browser.  Firefox:  Use Tools/Options/Content and make sure the Java and Javascript boxes are NOT checked.  click OK and right click to your hearts content.  Just be sure and re-engage if you want to use a site (Like Gmail) which needs Java to function.

i guess you can do it that way too.
