This has probably been posted before. Does the Eros verified on their website mean anything? I search reviews by phone numbers and emails, some of them have no information others come up as a scam some are legit. Am I missing anything?

It doesn't seem to mean anything that I can see. If it was legit they'd tell you up front what "verification" means.

The Er*s verified check mark is worthless, if you click the icon you will be directed to the disclaimer that basically says you may not meet the person in the pictures lol. Be wary of Er*s and do your due diligence.

Nothing. The person in the picture might sell her info/photo to a scammer group.
If you know the procedure to get "verified". You can find a lot of ways to exploit it.
