A friend of mine was there earlier today and the front door was unlocked. He was the one that told me about the doors now being locked - one of the gals in the building gave him a heads up. Maybe that got walked back but it's good to be prepared for the worst.

I won't mention the address but it's a popular, upscale apartment building in Tyson's (the address is actually in Vienna but I have no idea if it's a neighborhood in Tyson's since I'm not native to this area). It's known for its LONG hallways.

There are a number of Thai providers in the building and I was told that the front door is now locked all the time whereas in the past it was easy to enter the building. I was told that there's a new owner/management company that decided to tighten things up a bit.

Just wondering if anyone has been there since the lockdown started and, if so, how your entry was accomplished.

I was there somewhat recently around 9PM and was heading in as a resident was heading out to walk their dog, so I guess I got lucky because they held the door open for me. There was also no one at the front desk at that time of night.

I had been to that apartment a couple of years back and remember just walking in, but I also was there sometime in the afternoon. And if I recall correctly there was someone at the front desk at that time.

But yeah I can see this being problematic for various reasons.

One of my regulars has me go to an unlocked side door that’s closer to her apt. I wonder if that door is still unlocked.

I've tried both side doors for the hell of it and they're locked. One is fairly close to the front of the building and the other is further down the block.
