The OP asked a question geared to other hobbyists -- how do we treat Valentine's Day in terms of scheduling dates with escorts.

There was no particular reason for two providers to then jump in with posts regarding their availability for this day.  The OP was not asking if any ladies were free this day, so why the need to respond with self-promotional posts?

Having a SO and "hobbying" on Valentines Day is kind of low, isn't it

It isn't any different than a married man coming to see me on any holiday or regular day for that matter. That would be like saying oh holiest of holidays, Christmas should be spent with family only. Spending money on gifts for your SO only not seeing your provider. But we don't all believe that do we. Naaaahhh.

  There are married men in stiff, loveless marriages who want to have a connection on any day and for some especially on Valentines Day. Why not?  

  You can either wear all Black and spend it with your guy pals bitching about the ole ball and chain or you can spend it in your birthday suit with a warm, loving and affectionate woman. A provider of your choosing. Ain't love grand?! It can certainly cost that much. But make it worth it.
