Provider 35+

Anyone in the metro DC area know of a good provider(s) who are 35-45 (age range?)? I am 42 and actually prefer women around my age.  In a perfect world the provider is also Latina (wink). Since this is a specific question that would require  specific knowledge from other DMV-based ER's, I thought I would toss it out here in the AM before the New Years weekend. Searched through some threads but did not come up with much.
