By the wording of your post can I assume she failed to disclose this fact either in her advertising, website or e-mail communications?

If so, then said product or services were misrepresented which clearly crosses ethical and professional lines. Granted there are three sides to every story and for the moment lets continue on my current assumptions. Pay a reasonable surrender fee and leave. ( I'll let the other respondents debate how much 'reasonable' is ) To stay merely rewards bad behavior and encourages her to do it again.

Subsequently, I would post a review or notice as to the facts only. Some men have a pregnant provider fetish and that is great for them and everyone is happy. However, for those who take umbrage, a warning is appropriate.  

Her Pregnancy should NOT be a surprise and  should have been disclosed up front.

i agree 100 % there are times for some reason i stay when the girl was way overwieght old pis etc and i should not have . i am going through this now a girl i reviewed is emailing because she though my review was unfair ((of course it all its My fault the room was nasty ,overwieght,got a bruise on my side from an ashtray on the bed,curtians were wide open,Cat litter all over the place) and i was being way nicer than i should have been. i keep my reviews straight. i depend on others reviews to be striaght. I should have bailed like you. This took place about a year ago in downtown. Met a provider that advertise she squirted, came in, and that women was 5 months. I agree that obvious pregnancy is a factor that matters in this business and that this is grounds to leave if not disclosed and it is obvious that she is pregnant. However, 3-4 months wouldn't show much if at all (even naked) with many women and it would be hard to tell even with others if you hadn't seen her before.

I am surprised by the many strongly negative reactions to the idea of sex with a pregnant escort. Obviously, we don't expect the ladies in this business  to be virgins, and what we want to do with them in most cases would result in pregnancy without precautions. I have seen my share of C-section scars, and -- while they would be prettier without them -- this has never been a problem for me. Nevertheless, given that so many feel strongly about this, this is definitely something that a lady should disclose before finalizing the appointment.

As Lee Dreams notes, some hobbyists might be turned off, some might not care, and some might be turned on by the idea. Full disclosure before the appointment should make everyone happier on balance.
