If you want to be a little quiter about it wait till about 10 in the morning try calling her and when she doesn't answer to phone call or email ask a maid to open the door to your room for you because you forgot your phone.
Email and PM her tonight and then try to text + call again in the morning. If that fails then yeah do what YeaThatGuy suggested. This is why I always do a "room check" of sorts before a gentleman leaves my incall.

I am thinking of just calling the hotel around noon and giving the story that I had helped the occupant of the room with her car and I went with her upstairs to get a number and that's when I left my phone. It's not like they can prove what we were actually there for. Is that too outrageous?
